Questions
- What counts as a free story?
- Opening a story for the first time in a calendar month (UTC). Without an account, a browser reads 3; with a free account, the account reads 3. The count starts again on the first of each month.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account: Subscription, then Cancel. You keep reading until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it.
- What does Comlumen keep?
- For the meter: which stories your account opened this month, or, signed out, a signed cookie in your browser listing them by a code. For a subscription: your plan and its dates. Stripe keeps your card.
